Jesse did an amazing job as my realtor. He took me out to more than five homes in the pouring down rain never complained and said is there anywhere else I can take you? When we finally settled on a home, he called me every couple of days or texted to make sure everything was going OK with the loan and wanted to know if he could do anything at all. Allison was so great to work with. Her knowledge of the area since we were new here helped us pick the perfect neighborhood for us. Allison went above and beyond as we had a difficult seller, and the tenant in the home was not responsive to many realtors for showing opportunities. Allison was able to use her professionalism to arrange a showing for us within the day of us finding our home. The home had been not taken care of by the tenant, and the tenants had ferrets that were allowed loose in the home, and the main room they were kept in was full of feces and the odor was terrible. The rest of the home was untended and needed a lot of work. This did not scare us, and Allison went to bat and got us a faboulus discount on the selling price. She was always available and attentive and we appreciate her now becoming not just our Realtor, but a new friend! She goes above and beyond for her buyers! Thank you is not enough!

Me and my dog, Fushia finally moved to the Myrtle Beach area in February 2025 after traveling back and forth from California over the course of 1.5 years. Allison was ready to work with me the same day we made contact through Zillow. She was available to show me properties and offered information on unique properties that she thought I might like when so many other realtors were not available and relied on me to do all the work. Like other people looking, there were specific things I needed in a home and back yard that made things a little tricky but without too much looking, we nailed it. Own a home in Georgetown. After my wife died decided to move to smaller house, had one built in Surfside Beach in late 2015 and moved in. Attempted to sell, unsuccessfully, my Georgetown property. Did not need two homes so decided to sell Surfside house instead as housing market much better there. Went to web site to locate realtor, within short time phone began to ring from potential realtors. Later that day doorbell rang and found Allison Stack at the door with sale proposal package in her hand. Asked if she would like to see house, she accepted and spent substantial time inspecting it. Was impressed by her quick response and action so decided to list home with her group. They had a number of open house sessions, showed it often and sold it, at a profit, over my original purchase price. Entire process took about six months with the closing on January 14, 2020.

She is very professional, efficient and above and beyond you can expect from a realtor. So happy with my experience with her. I am from NY had limited time to check properties in Myrtle Beach and with this hot market for sellers as buyer need a very prompt and effective negotiator. I never lost time and money with her. Same day ocular inspection place the bid and later part of the day got the property and when requested my priority for investment showed me options which I don’t even realize better than what initially zooming for. I really owe her a lot for taking me to Coral Beach Resort and even give us a ride during closing time. She is always accommodating to our needs as buyer. We told Allison the type of home, location, and amenities we were looking for, and within a week, she found us the perfect home. The house is a new construction home which required a walk through prior to closing. With total confidence in Allison, we asked if she would do the walk through in our absence. Hi everyone, Tina helped me buy my current home in 2020 when covid had the market really high. She watched the market for available homes at my difficult price-point and actually found several. Each one we looked at, and then subsequently bid on. Unfortunately, I was outbid in bidding wars until, because of Tina's vigilance and expertise, I now have a very nice place for my price point. No HOA, on a large lot relatively close to the beach! She contacted me within minutes and she facilitated my successful offer immediately, as it had been on the market for 3 hours. Within hours my contract was signed! She went to work after that and negotiated and even better price using her expertise in negotiation. During her search for me Tina kept what I wanted in mind and searched for those type properties. There were complications in the actual title of the home, which is why it was lower in cost, but Tina knew who to contact and what to look for. She kept me in the loop during of all developments as the transaction was taking place, and for a complicated transaction, the whole thing went relatively smoothly and seamlessly. Her obvious expertise and familiarity with all of the neighborhoods in and around Myrtle Beach is impressive. She is both an expert and a great agent to to have on your side as well because, she has that friendly approachable manner, yet she is all business for you! This is a great quality to have, I think because many agents are tone deaf when it comes to what you are looking for, and facilitating a smooth transaction. I felt good asking her questions and her responses were clear and clearly based on facts. I had a smaller budget but Tina also works in the upscale market and is clearly an expert for this as well.

Buying a house a few states away, virtually, during covid sounds stressful right??? Well yes it was but nothing compared to what is should of been. Dana went to the house when ever we needed to FaceTime us, put together a team that literally performed miracles and she probably stressed about things more then I did. She made sure every obstacle that got in the way was knocked down, she orchestrated every step of the process and worked with everyone involved to make sure every thing that could be done was done. Literally don’t know how we got her but thank god every night that we did. The constant communication was so helpful for a control freak that totally had no way of helping the situation. Sitell was selected based on previous reviews posted on different websites. This was our first visit to Myrtle beach and I was looking for a beach front property since I wanted a place by the beach. Sitell followed up on properties we looked up and suggested additional ones to look at while we were at Myrtle Beach. Keeping it short we bought a property that met our needs. My husband and I are very deliberate in our decision making. So when we finally decided to settle down in Conway a good friend recommended Allison Stack to us. Own a home in Georgetown. After my wife died decided to move to smaller house, had one built in Surfside Beach in late 2015 and moved in. Attempted to sell, unsuccessfully, my Georgetown property. Did not need two homes so decided to sell Surfside house instead as housing market much better there. Went to web site to locate realtor, within short time phone began to ring from potential realtors. Later that day doorbell rang and found Allison Stack at the door with sale proposal package in her hand. Asked if she would like to see house, she accepted and spent substantial time inspecting it. Was impressed by her quick response and action so decided to list home with her group. They had a number of open house sessions, showed it often and sold it, at a profit, over my original purchase price. Entire process took about six months with the closing on January 14, 2020.

I was new to the area and had a pretty specific set of criteria. Pete was great. After the first two house tours he had a really good idea of what I was looking for and we found something pretty quickly after that. He came prepared with a full binder of information; including area stats, comps sold near me, and details about my own house that helped us price right. My house sold in the FIRST DAY on the market. It's not easy when you try to move 630 miles away from home and don't know a single person in the area where you're moving to. Pete made us feel like we were at home the second we met him. He is knowledgeable, approachable, endlessly patient, personable, and incredibly generous with his time (He worked with our whacky schedules as we tried to balance time between NJ and SC).
