Dana was great! Always available, extremely thorough, willing to invest as much time as necessary. Helped make the process go smoothly and quickly. Definitely beneficial that she has the network in place with the numerous other parties needed (inspection, attorney, seller’s realtor, etc.).

I first reached out to Dana on Zillow, just trying to get my head around the game plan for buying a beach house. We officially met a few weeks later and spent a weekend touring a bunch of homes, and let me tell you—we never felt like just another client on a roster. Dana took the time to really listen to what my wife was looking for, while simultaneously balancing what I wanted—and believe me, those two playbooks weren't always on the same page. She has the kind of patience that would make a saint look cranky. I came armed with a spreadsheet and a "must-have" list longer than a halftime speech, which I’m sure didn't make her job any easier. We spent a lot of time scrolling through photos, but you quickly realize that a listing gallery is a bit like a pre-game highlight reel—it doesn't always show you the full story. Some places look like a palace but turn out to be a bit of a fixer-upper, and others... well, they just look exactly as rough as they are. But that’s where Dana really stepped up. She took the time to truly get to know us and our big, beautiful, chaotic family. As we scouted from Surfside up to North Myrtle Beach, she was our "local scout" in the truest sense—steering us away from the hectic zones and finding the spots where our lives could actually fit. She wasn’t just trying to close a deal; she was looking for a place where our family could actually thrive. She knew that for my wife and me, "home" isn’t just a building—it’s a feeling—and she didn’t stop until she found it. It didn't happen overnight. Living eight hours away, we couldn't exactly "pitch up" whenever a new listing dropped. But as Dana learned our rhythm, she became our eyes and ears. She even bridged the great tech divide, setting up Zoom meetings so our Androids could talk to her Apple. We actually bought our home without ever physically stepping foot inside. We did the initial viewing via video and the final walkthrough the same. We didn't see the place in person until we had the keys in our hands. That takes a massive amount of trust, and Dana earned every bit of it. The Verdict: If you’re looking to buy and need someone who cares more about the people than the commission, Dana is your person. She didn’t just find us a house; she helped us find a home. She’s a "Diamond" through and through.

Dana did a wonderful job helping navigate all aspects of the purchase. The seller knew an assessment was coming to the condo, but didn’t know the exact amount. Dana went above and beyond talking to the board, property management company, and seller’s agent. Dana was able to negotiate a credit for the upcoming assessment before the assessment was announced. I feel most agents would not have worked as hard on this as she did.

Dana Keip did a phenomenal job helping us purchase our condo, and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent—especially since we were buying from a distance. She went above and beyond by doing walkthroughs on our behalf, taking detailed videos, and narrating exactly what she was seeing so we felt confident and informed every step of the way. Dana stayed on top of the entire process, communicated clearly and consistently, and wasn’t afraid to nudge other parties along when needed to keep things moving. Her knowledge of the area was excellent and incredibly helpful in guiding our decisions. We always felt supported, informed, and confident that she had our best interests in mind. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, proactive, and trustworthy real estate agent—especially for a remote purchase—Dana is outstanding. Highly recommend!

Dana has been instrumental in navigating us through every step of our home purchase, from showings to closings and everything in between. Dana is phenomenal! She went above and beyond. She was my buyer's agent but often had to pick up the balls that the seller's agent dropped. This was an extremely elaborate deal. Some aspects Dana had previous experience and knowledge, but others she did not. With each new huddle we faced, Dana would tackle it by either using her previous experience or by researching until she knew how it should be handled. Our deal would have died had it not been for Dana and her expertise and professional drive. I can not find a pedestal tall enough upon which to place her. We will always be mindful of the fact that if it had not been for Dana, we would not have our new home.

Buying a house a few states away, virtually, during covid sounds stressful right??? Well yes it was but nothing compared to what is should of been. Dana went to the house when ever we needed to FaceTime us, put together a team that literally performed miracles and she probably stressed about things more then I did. She made sure every obstacle that got in the way was knocked down, she orchestrated every step of the process and worked with everyone involved to make sure every thing that could be done was done. Literally don’t know how we got her but thank god every night that we did. The constant communication was so helpful for a control freak that totally had no way of helping the situation. Anyone who is lucky enough to get her as a realtor know you are in the best hands. We are moving to our dream location and that’s thanks to Dana.

Dana Keip was the most tenacious, absolutely awesome , over delivering realtor I have ever met. My house would not of been obtained without her, period. She gave us an amazing mortgage company and lawyer who all together was called the dream team, because they all overachieved and got me something a lot of people failed at, our house in Myrtle Beach, for that I’m forever grateful, She is a rockstar and still has been helping us way after we closed which is amazing because we are from out of state, can’t say enough about her and how much we appreciate her, we were soooo lucky to get her, it was meant to be and we now think of her as our friend!
